Bones for Life uses functional movement patterns to improve the way you move, which leads to improvement in the quality of your life.  Lessons are done in various positions -  laying on a mat, leaning against a wall or sitting in a chair - to create upright posture & efficient biomechanics.

WHAT DO YOU NEED HELP WITH TODAY?

Sonja Johansson has been teaching the Feldenkrais Method since 1999. She takes her years of experience in the fields of dance and theatre performance, fitness training, anatomy and kinesiology and integrates them with the Feldenkrais Method to create powerful, life changing programs. Working primarily with performing artists, athletes and those recovering from injury, Sonja also has a special focus on aging adults, particulary those dealing with balance issues and neurological conditions.
